Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TidyCalls's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Definitions

"MaaS Solutions International Oy" means the company that operates TidyCalls, with its Company ID 3135565-6 and VAT ID FI31355656.

2. Description of Service

TidyCalls provides an AI-powered call answering service designed to handle incoming calls and manage communications on behalf of businesses and individuals.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password - we don't even have your password as we rely on Clerk and Google accounts. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of TidyCalls is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

5. Limitation of Liability

TidyCalls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

7. Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our Products and Pricing at any time, but we will do everything we can to honor current subscribers' pricing until the end of their subscription period. Our pricing is aiming to be affordable and extremely competitive, so in order to be sustainable, we may need to adjust it as we go along.

7.1 Usage Based Billing

Some plans may include components of usage based billing. This means that you will be charged based on the actual usage of the service. For example, if you have a plan that includes 50 screened calls per month, and we screen 100 calls for you, you will be charged for 50 screened calls at the end of the billing period. Therefore you must have a valid payment method that we can charge for these costs at all times.

The pay-as-you-go types of plans may also include a minute-based call fee to cover our costs of using telephony services, which typically are priced at a per-minute basis. These costs are low, typcically less than a cent per call, and the costs will get rolled up at the end of each billing cycle. You will get a breakdown of the call costs on your invoice and you can observe them in our dashboard in real time.

7.2 Fair Use

In general, we expect our users to use the service in a fair and reasonable manner. We may monitor the usage of the service and take action if we find that a user is abusing the service.

If your use of the service endangers the availability of the service for other users, we may take action, including blocking or reducing your access to the service without notice.

We may also introduce fair use limits for unlimited plans if we must, in order to ensure a continued service for all users. As of today, our unlimited products do not have any kinds of limitations in place, and we hope to keep it that way. The more calls we screen, the more successful we are together with our users.

7.3 Call Rates

We will charge an aggregated call rate for the calls for the plans where it is appliccable. This is to cover our costs of using telephony services, which typically are priced at a per-minute basis, and to keep our fixed plan costs low - with typcically less than a cent per call. The costs will get rolled up at the end of each billing cycle. You will get a breakdown of the call costs on your invoice and you can observe them in our dashboard in real time. Any incoming call costs are up to the caller - not you. So that makes our life easier.

8. Refund Policy

As we provide digital monthly or annual subscriptions, we, in general, do not offer refunds.

For any questions about billing or cancellations, please contact our support team.
